5 CHOICES BENCHMARK

The 5 Choices Benchmark measures your productivity to show where you stand on key productivity behaviors based on The Time Matrix. It consists of 29 questions, which will gather feedback from yourself, your supervisor, and others.

THE 7 HABITS BENCHMARK

The 7 Habits Benchmark is a 360° assessment tool that measures individual effectiveness and provides an action-oriented approach to personal development. It includes action plans that help every individual move from merely understanding the training to changing their behavior.

PRESENTATION ADVANTAGE BENCHMARK

The Presentation Advantage Benchmark is a tool that indicates your level of performance in key skill areas required to be a persuasive and engaging communicator.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT BENCHMARK

The Project Management Benchmark allows participants to assess their strengths and weaknesses related to key areas of effectiveness in project management. It includes scores in the following areas: Initiating a project, Planning a project, Executing a project, Monitoring a project, and Closing a project.

LEADERSHIP QUOTIENT (LQ)

A Leadership Quotient is a tool that measures your leadership capabilities against the 4 Imperatives of Great Leaders.

TRUST QUOTIENT (tQ)

The Trust Quotient helps measure individual credibility and trustworthiness for individual growth. Your Trust Quotient or tQ score is an indicator of the level of trust others have in you.

THE 4 ESSENTIAL ROLES OF LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT

During the work session, you will review this data in depth and develop a complete action plan. Feedback is a priceless gift. Use the data in a balanced, objective way to improve your leadership abilities.

GENERATIONAL RAPPORT INVENTORY (GRI™)

The GRI self-assessment captures how you think and behave regarding nine skill area when working with Millennial (twenty-something) employees. Recognizing generational differences in the workplace, as well as the specific need of each generation, is critical to becoming an effective manager.

WORKPLACE READINESS ASSESSMENT

The Workplace Readiness Assessment is used in conjunction with the Millennials@Work program. It reviews and rates 7 key skill areas that have between Millennials and their leaders.
